  4.  Dynamics of breathing
  5.  Yoga and spine (anatomy, stretch,foot positions)
  6.  Pelvis and hip joint

Advanced course:

  1. Preview of basic course topics
  2. Inside the asanas
  3. Anatomy of Standing poses, Sitting poses, Kneeling poses, Supine pose, Prone poses, Arm support poses
