      4. Concept of Agni(Digestive and metabolic fire)
      5. Panchamahabhoota (Five basic elements in the universe)
    5. Preventive medicine in Ayurveda –Daily regimen and seasonal         regimen.
    6. Treatment plans in Ayurveda –
      1. Palliative treatments like Diet therapy and Activity management.
      2. Diet and nutrition plan according to Ayurveda.
      3. Curative treatments like Panchakarma(Liver detox and rejuvenation therapies)
  2. DIET AND NUTRITION 
    1. Definition of nutrition and Pathya – The concept of nutrition in balancing tridoshas of body and wholesome food.
    2. Nutrients –Description of varieties of nutrients and their functions,sources,therapeutic importance etc.
    3. Signs of well nourished body.
    4. Tridosha(individual body constitution) specific diet designing.
    5. Concept of whole food – Details of certain specific food articles which serve as a package of more than two nutrients in them.
    6. Commonly useful herbs – their description,single herb therapy in chronic diseases.
    7. Swasthavrutta – Preventive medicine and regimen in Ayurveda.
